I have always had enormous anxiety and fear surrounding the dentist due to horrible past experiences, but Dr. Taura and his team completely changed my perspective. He is not a 'fix what's broken and go' type of dentist; instead, he takes a comprehensive, long-term approach to your overall oral health. The entire office staff is incredibly welcoming and empathetic, creating a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Dr. Taura is exceptionally knowledgeable, during procedures, he speaks gently and constantly checks on my comfort level. For the first time in my life, I leave a dental office feeling relieved and truly cared for. I am so incredibly grateful to have found a dental team that prioritizes patient comfort and high-quality, comprehensive care.

I have never written a negative review in my life, but the experience I had today was so absurd and unprofessional that I felt I had no choice. I just left this office for the last time. I have been a patient here for three years and have stayed loyal to this practice even after moving to the South Bay, which requires a long commute in heavy morning traffic. After today’s experience, it’s clear that loyalty is a one-way street here. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and was navigating the morning rush. At 10:09 AM—as I was literally pulling up—they called me to cancel. I arrived at the doorstep at 10:10 AM, just one minute after that call. The sheer absurdity of being canceled while I was steps away is mind-boggling, but what followed was even worse. On that same phone call, before I could even explain, they immediately and aggressively demanded my credit card information to charge a $75 late fee. It was incredibly mean-spirited and greedy. Instead of showing any flexibility for a long-term client who has traveled an hour to see them, their only priority was a "shakedown" for money on the spot. Best dental experience I've had. Dr. Clint Taura is welcoming, experienced, and very comprehensive. He genuinely cares about your smile and oral health, and doesn't push treatment for the sake of it. He's gone above and beyond to accomodate, even coming in on off days, responding to emails fast, and more. His entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and great to work with from reception to hygienists and more.

I LOVE THIS OFFICE! I have had a not so great track record with past dentists. I felt like I never got great explanations and that procedures were in some ways forced on me. Dr. Taura and his wonderful staff have really changed my perception of going to the dentist. They have been not only friendly and courteous, but also respectful of the potential stresses that procedures may cause and allow room, provide information, and options for these decisions. I legitimately look forward to my appointments and find myself not trying to make excuses not to go in LOL! This office is out of my network for insurance but I prefer to see them as their value is unmatched! Great dentist, great staff, wonderful experience!!

Dr. Taura and his staff are amazing! Very warm and welcoming from the time you walk through the front door all the way through the exam. The dental chairs are very comfortable as I have almost fallen asleep a few times. Every visit has been very efficient and relaxing. I would highly recommend this office!
